These include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Program Integrity, CMS Program Integrity Contractors, the Health Care Fraud Prevention Partnership, the Health Care Fraud Prevention and Enforcement Action Team, various levels of law enforcement, and the judicial system.
